Biography

Deanne Robison brings over 25 years of estate planning experience to Collins Law Firm. She helps clients create a plan to determine who will take care of them if they can no longer make decisions for themselves. For example, if they become incapacitated as a result of an illness or sudden accident. She also helps clients create a plan to distribute their assets and preserve their legacy by getting to know them and drafting wills and trusts that reflect their legacy goals.

Deanne also brings additional experience for those clients who have been asked to handle a person’s estate or trust after death by counseling them about the necessary steps for an efficient transfer.

Deanne graduated from West Chester University, located in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.  She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, in Cleveland, Ohio. Deanne started her legal career in Ohio with the UAW Legal Services Plan, which was the largest pre-paid legal services plan serving unionized workers, where she represented clients in estate planning and estate and trust administration. In 2016 she moved to Wisconsin and prior to joining Collins Law Firm, LLC, was the Managing Partner/Owner of the Law Offices of Deanne L. Robison, LLC.

Deanne is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Bar of Ohio, and other Local and State Bar Associations/Organizations. In addition, she is a volunteer for the Wills for Heroes Foundation and the Hunger Task Force.
